We are closely monitoring the evolving H-1B situation and advise caution regarding international travel. At this time, all H-1B employees should consider refraining from travel abroad until conditions stabilize and we receive additional clarity.  

In particular, H-1B employees who are currently outside the United States and in possession of a valid H-1B visa should undertake every effort to return to the United States before midnight EDT today, Saturday September 20, 2025.

This advisory does not affect individuals who are physically present in the United States. Those who are in the United States in valid H-1B status should be able to continue their employment at this time.
