Overview

Ryan is a real estate and development attorney who represents clients ranging from institutional developers to start-up ventures in diverse and sophisticated real estate transactions and issues. His practice including the acquisition of retail, multifamily, industrial, office, and hospitality projects, the development of raw land and redevelopment of existing assets, construction and other financing, master development planning and implementation, asset ownership and operation matters and the ultimate disposition of assets. Ryan leverages his broad experience and collaborative nature to get deals done, all while focusing on risk management and maintaining responsive and empathetic client communication to ensure that his clients are able to successfully navigate even the most complex transactions. With a strong focus on project development, Ryan understands the intricate nature of developing projects on complicated sites while managing the various personalities and competing interests at play, whether it be a public-private partnership transaction or a private development.

Ryan frequently collaborates with the Firm’s corporate, finance, and construction attorneys to provide comprehensive service to his clients. Whether negotiating and drafting design-build or other construction and design documents, structuring the equity and capitalization of a project or debt restructuring amid tumultuous finance markets, Ryan brings incredible value to each project. 

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Ryan served as a Summer Associate in Munsch Hardt’s Dallas office, and he formerly served as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Judge James O. Browning in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
