Aryn is a member of the Firm's Board of Directors. Her practice focuses on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition and development transactions; real estate finance; and construction, architect and engineering agreements.
Aryn represents purchasers and sellers in the acquisition of unimproved and income producing commercial real estate and related title, environmental and land-use matters. She represents developers in all stages of the development of multifamily projects, retail centers, mixed-use and condominium developments and office buildings. Aryn also has experience in airport acquisitions, dispositions, ground leases and subleases, as well as the construction and development of airport hangars. Additionally, she has established strong working relationships with regulatory authorities throughout her career.
On the finance side, Aryn represents borrowers in connection with debt and equity financing, including construction, mezzanine and permanent loans and in workouts of distressed assets, including debt restructuring.
Aryn also represents clients in the construction industry, assisting owners, contractors, architects and engineers in the negotiation of specialized construction, architectural and engineering agreements and contracts.
