 OverviewAustin is an accomplished trial attorney representing individuals, corporations, and institutional clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. His experience spans a wide range of disputes, including contract and business litigation; fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims; intellectual property and trade secret matters; real estate and construction disputes; oil and gas conflicts; partnership litigation; and product liability cases. Beyond his legal practice, Austin is deeply engaged in the Fort Worth community. He maintains an active leadership presence within several prominent organizations, including the Court Advisory Committee for the Northern District of Texas, the TCU AddRan College of Liberal Arts Board of Visitors, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Austin served as a partner at another local firm and served on active duty in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. During his military service, he represented the U.S. Army, military personnel, federal government employees, and federal law enforcement in matters involving national security, military law, administrative law, fiscal law, consumer protection, probate, and family law.
