Overview

Kelly focuses her practice on a range of litigation matters, including construction liability and defects, premises liability and transportation and trucking liability.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Kelly served as an associate and member of the Emergency Response Team at the Dallas office of a Texas-based litigation firm.

Originally from Oklahoma, Kelly attended The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor for the Texas Review of Entertainment and Sports Law. While in law school she also served as a member of the Children’s Rights Clinic, where she represented minors in matters requiring the intervention of the Texas Child Protective Services Division, as well as a member of the Women’s Law Caucus.
