Scott’s practice focuses on representing local, regional and international developers, institutional owners and tenants in all aspects of real estate transactions, including industrial projects, high-rise office buildings, condominiums, retail shopping centers, airports and apartments. Scott’s unique aviation practice involves collaborating with regulatory authorities and airport districts on the acquisition, disposition, ground lease, sublease, finance and construction of aircraft MRO and parking hangars. Scott also represents investors and private equity funds in all areas of real estate due diligence and the formation of joint ventures.

Being a native Austinite, Scott enjoys helping his clients navigate the fast-growing city and exploring its new attractions with family and friends.
