Theo assists clients through all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, development, and dispositions. Theo has significant experience with drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, financing documents, development agreements, and easement agreements.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Theo served as in-house legal counsel for a prominent commercial real estate developer providing full-scale development services to nationally recognized retail and restaurant tenants. This role gave Theo a unique perspective from the business-side of commercial development, which benefits him in understanding the immediate and long-term business objectives of clients.
