Overview

Thomas’s practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy related litigation, including representing Chapter 11 debtors, Chapter 7 trustees, landlords, and other parties of interest in all aspects of bankruptcy, such as asset sales and all aspects of litigation.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Thomas was a member of the Litigation practice group in the Dallas office of another Texas-based firm.

    Served as lead debtor’s counsel in the Chapter 11 case of a Dallas-based aerospace manufacturing concern.

    Assisted in representing the Chapter 11 debtor of Dallas-based mint; Forbes 500 professional employment organization; Phoenix, Arizona-based apartment development concern.
