Overview

Thomas is a commercial bankruptcy attorney and represents virtually all constituencies in bankruptcy proceedings. He has served as lead debtor’s counsel in bankruptcy cases across a wide variety of industries, and regularly represents Chapter 7 trustees, landlords and creditors in matters across the country. Thomas also handles the full spectrum of bankruptcy litigation matters. Thomas is active in firm recruiting, having served as the Shareholder Chair for Recruiting for the past three years.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Thomas was a member of the Litigation practice group in the Dallas office of another Texas-based firm.
