Deana Tillotson advises companies on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters, drawing upon more than 20 years of experience in both private practice and in-house leadership. Prior to joining the Firm, Deana served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a regional financial institution, where she advised senior leadership and boards on strategic legal and business matters.
Deana counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, risk management, corporate governance, and lending transactions. She has deep experience supporting her clients’ efforts in operational integration, working closely with executives and regulators to support compliant, scalable growth. Her practice also encompasses litigation and regulatory defense strategies, problem loan workouts, and troubled asset management. Deana regularly advises on vendor management issues, contract negotiation, and life-cycle management.
Before her role in-house, Deana was a partner at a large, international law firm. Her combined background in private practice and the corporate world enables her to deliver practical, business-oriented counsel to both in-house legal teams and business decision-makers.
