Erika’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters, including construction, employment, personal injury, and transportation, across various industries.

Erika received her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a part of the Immigration Law Clinic and the Texas International Law Journal, in addition to competing in several mock trial competitions. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Erika worked at Texas-based law firm where she gained experience representing entities and individuals in commercial, tort, and employment law matters.
