With nearly 40 years of experience, Rick focuses his practice on litigation and counseling, with a strong emphasis on civil and criminal governmental and environmental litigation and regulation. Rick routinely represents corporations, individuals and organizations in matters concerning:

  • Litigation and administrative proceedings involving the Comprehensive Environmental Compensation Liability Act (“CERCLA”) Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Resource Conservation Recovery Act (“RCRA”) and comparable state laws.
  • Civil and criminal investigations in the areas of the Federal False Claims Act, Medicare and Health Care fraud, federal and state environmental and regulatory enforcement.
