Overview

Macy’s practice focuses on the representation of lending institutions in connection with the financing of office buildings, hotels, multifamily housing and other types of commercial properties. She also represents clients in the leasing, acquisition, disposition and development of retail, office and mixed-use projects. 

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Macy served as a legal extern for the in-house legal department of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., and interned for The Honorable Andrea Martin, 304th Juvenile District Court. Today, Macy serves as a member of Munsch Hardt's Diversity Committee.

At Texas A&M University School of Law, Macy served as a Citations Editor for the Texas A&M Law Review and worked with the Texas A&M Family and Veterans Advocacy Clinic where she represented indigent clients with family law matters including divorce, child custody and child support. Due to her commitment to public service, Macy was selected as a Texas A&M Public Interest Law Fellow and was elected onto the Law Fellowship board the following year. Macy was also a recipient of the Dallas Bar Foundation’s William E. Collins Clerkship, through which she clerked at the City of Irving Attorney’s Office.

Macy is a persistent and resourceful leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, and her clients appreciate her attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure. In her free time, Macy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters and volunteering with children’s rights organizations.
