Overview

Jonathan's practice focuses on corporate and securities law. He has experience with drafting and reviewing transaction documents for business formations and corporate governance matters. 

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Jonathan worked as a financial analyst providing valuation services to clients in a broad array of industries. He served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Jennifer Elrod in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit as well as the Honorable Brantley Starr in the U.S. District for the Northern District of Texas. While attending The University of Texas School of Law, Jonathan served as Articles Editor for the Texas Review of Law & Politics and was a recipient of the Dean’s Achievement Award.
