Nicole’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, including corporate mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations for public and private companies in a variety of industries, such as technology, manufacturing, professional services, energy and hospitality. She frequently represents clients in connection with sale transactions with complex payment and capital structures, joint venture arrangements and other commercial agreements.

Nicole advises on a variety of other transactional matters as well, including entity formation and governance matters, general corporate and securities matters, capital raise efforts and investments. She represents individuals, startup companies and established businesses throughout their life cycle, in connection with their transactional needs.
