Nicole’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, including corporate mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations for public and private companies in a variety of industries, such as technology, manufacturing, professional services, energy and hospitality. She frequently represents clients in connection with sale transactions with complex payment and capital structures, joint venture arrangements and other commercial agreements.
