Overview

Greg’s legal practice concentrates in commercial litigation matters for the construction and real estate industry. Greg practices in a wide range of construction litigation areas including contract disputes, defective design, defective construction and land use matters. His real estate litigation experience includes boundary disputes, landlord/tenant litigation, evictions and title disputes. Aside from his litigation expertise, Greg advises multi-family property management companies on the wide variety of tenant issues that arise within these types of properties.

As a seasoned trial lawyer with multiple trials to verdict in his career, Greg helps clients eliminate legal distractions that prevent them from focusing on their core business. His years of experience in the courtroom enable him to use efficient strategies to resolve business disputes arising from construction and real estate through trial or any other procedure that achieves the client’s business objectives.

Greg is the immediate past Litigation Section Head, having sat on the Firm’s Operations Committee for nearly 10 years. He and his family are passionate about Mesquite, Texas, where he serves on many local boards and is a former City Council Member. Greg and his wife, Raejean, have three daughters, Sarah, Rachael and Ashleigh.

    Following a three week jury trial, Greg received a take nothing defense verdict for a major construction company that was charged with being negligent in the safety

    Led a trial team in winning a major construction defect arbitration for a real estate development and construction company in connection with the construction

    After six years of litigation, a trial and multiple trips to the Court of Appeals, Greg secured the full refund of excessive building permit fees and all attorneys’ fees for a client
